Is your HR management ready to go?

The following questions will help you to assess whether your HR management is ready to take off:

  1. How do you describe your corporate culture? What values are the basis of the company's success?

  2. Have the fundamental questions relating to organization and management been formulated and communicated?

  3. Does every employee know their personal goals in accordance with the company goals?

  4. Have the personal goals been agreed in a clear, measurable and achievable way?

  5. How do managers view their role in relation to leadership / personnel management?

  6. How is the induction of new employees ensured?

  7. How high is the fluctuation rate compared to the industry average?

  8. Are the key people known?

  9. How do you ensure the development opportunities of key personnel?

  10. How are the working conditions aligned with the needs of employees (work-life balance) and demographic trends?

  11. Do employees receive regular, level-appropriate and clear information regarding the success and the strategy of the company?

  12. Where do you see a concrete need for action in personnel management?
